Pre-Order Policy


Cancelation policy

Items can be canceled at any point. *(Exceptions below)

*If an order has been paid and you cancel it after it's in route to MallFish Collectibles, the money will be put on your account as a credit and not refunded.  

*if item has been paid for and the pre-order street date is less than 2 weeks away item can not be canceled.

*If item is in stock and paid for and in the process of shipping.  Item can not be cancelled.

*If pre-orders are paid and canceled after 30 days.  Your account with be credited for future order.

*Specialty items, such as exclusives, all sales are final.  No refunds only store credit.

What is a pre-order?

Simply put, a pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery.


When is Payment for pre-orders due?

We charge for Pre-orders when we are charged by the vendor.  

Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability date?

No, when an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability. Generally speaking, the estimated arrival date is accurate. However, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery. You can always check the product item page for the most up to date information on availability.

Do you charge my credit card at the time of purchase or when the item ships?

There is no Initial deposit for your pre-order.  When the item is ready to be shipped to us from the distributor we will then charge your card. You will get an email 2-3 days prior to us charging your account.  NOTE: paying by PayPal requires the full amount to be paid upfront so we encourage you to use a credit card to secure your pre-order.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order once an item is received?
We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items. We process and ship orders 7 days a week so in most instances you can expect to receive your shipping notification in one or two business day.
Excessive Order Cancelations:
Any persons placing orders and canceling in excess of 3 orders will be subject to deposits on future orders.
Non-payment after being contacted for preorders placed are subject to future orders being canceled.
Request for replacements:
Request for replacements must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your items.  Any requests outside this window will not be honored.
